Why SEVEN MINDS?

The SEVEN MINDS namesake is an ode to the power of our seven-year evolution ideology. We believe in the seven-year cyclical rhythm that guides us through the process of evolution, growth, change and transformation.

We work in harmony with aligned businesses (in their current season) to cultivate a balanced and abundant approach to navigating challenges and finding success, fulfilment, and transcendence. 

Why does SEVEN MINDS refer to the concept of [well]BEING in business?

At SEVEN MINDS, we believe in harmony within aligned businesses. Through a balanced approach to navigating challenges and risk using innovative and heartfelt solutions a business can find success on all levels, including in the management of its greatest asset its people.

So, at SEVEN MINDS our mission to cultivate [well]BEING goes beyond the traditional sense and into a greater realm of thinking with innovation, care, and growth in mind...

: BEING refers to truly understanding and being in time, space, body, and business.

: [well] refers to the path towards being in the world with harmonious ease.

The empowered togetherness of [well]BEING alludes to the essence of taking conscious people  higher towards the resolution of greater problems.  We believe that when people are  able to achieve [well]BEING this will transform its performance, thought, innovation, resolution of crisis and ultimately achieve transformational success.


How is SEVEN MINDS different from other HR consultants?

As highly specialised and creative thinkers we utilise our minds to create bespoke solutions for our clients. We look at each crisis and challenge that our clients face as a new opportunity for innovation through our process including:

  • viewing it from all angles to consider potential solutions,
  • seek options from a range of practices industries and areas,
  • research legislation, precedent, risk and cost effectiveness before working with our client to provide solutions that transform the way our clients evolve and grow.

What we don't offer are duplicated, standardised, pre-configured or generalised solutions.

The services offered by SEVEN MINDS are “bespoke” does this translate into expensive?

At Seven Minds all projects are costed based on the scope, complexity and level of risk associated with the project. We also take into consideration the needs of the client and work to establish sustainable pricing arrangements. 

Can SEVEN MINDS provide support in a crisis or at short notice?

SEVEN MINDS is a refuge for businesses in times of need. We are the trusted studio for crisis and challenge resolution, and we know that this work comes with deep responsibility and care, and an obligation to be available for our clients.   

I’m not a business can I access services through SEVEN MINDS?

The term business and client are used to refer to the organisations, companies and individuals that engage with SEVEN MINDS. We provide a range of services through our three streams of expertise: Consulting, Journey and Remuneration.
